
Top Hire will use available database, expertise and in-house process to filter and shortlist best candidates fitting CLIENT’s settled criteria.
Top Hire will be responsible for contacting calibers, performing phone screening, first interviews to provide a shortlisted candidate list to be interviewed by CLIENT’s HR Team as needed.
CLIENT’s team separately will own and perform the last interview during the beginning of the partnership to ensure both partners’ calibration and profile alignment based on the request
It might happen on a later stage, that Top Hire to handle the recruitment process End to End, including the last operational filtration process.
Top Hire will not interfere in managing recruited staff on Top Hire’s payroll BUT working for CLIENT’s operations performance once they are accepted and hired to CLIENT’s operations team. Sole responsibility and ownership go to CLIENT s operations team.
By end of each month, Top Hire will invoice CLIENT a recruitment fees for each new, such fee are detailed and elaborated more into the pricing table listed later within this service proposal.
