
Top Hire will enroll all newly hired employees by its team on company’s payroll, where all employees will sign contracts with Top Hire with defined set of benefits and salaries that are agreed with CLIENT.
Top Hire will not interfere in managing recruited staff on Top Hire’s payroll BUT working for CLIENT’s operations. Also, Top Hire will not interfere in measuring recruited staff performance or acting on enhancing recruited staff performance once they are accepted and hired to join CLIENT’s operations teams. Sole responsibility and ownership go to CLIENT’s operations teams.
On a monthly basis, a certain agreed percentage OF total enrolled new hires gross salaries to be invoiced by Top Hire to CLIENT’ as fees for managing payroll for hired employees as below:
• Managing hired staff contract
• Enrolling staff on top hire payroll records
• Covering hired staffed with social insurance
• Paying monthly salary of hired staff with all the ways.
